Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Summit Quarry Arts Center Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
