Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Hospitality is a hospitality company in Buffalo with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
