Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Westbrook Beacon Staffing is a Boise staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 771 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving timekeeping. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
