Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Beacon Manufacturing and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
