Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 892 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
