Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Rochester working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
