Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Umber Freight is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
