Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark Wren Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Austin, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
