Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Amberfield Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Antonio, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
