Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Ironwood Summit Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Orlando, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
