Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bridge Care Services Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
