Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sable Auto Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
