Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Kansas City region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
