Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Foxglove Willow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
