Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Foxglove Forge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Rochester, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
