Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Richmond, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
