Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Maple Community Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 613 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
