Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Ironwood Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
