Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Forge Care Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
