Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Greenridge Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Cleveland, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
