Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Northwind Bridge Freight is a Portland logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 781 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
