Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Nova Haven Medical Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots.
