Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Health Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
