Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Nova Orchard Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Memphis, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
