Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Partners and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
