Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge West Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Nashville presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
