Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Ironwood Wilder Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
