Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Energy Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
