Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark Fern Health Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification.
