Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Ironwood Birch Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
