Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Legal Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving trust accounts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
