Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
