Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Ironwood Sparrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Seattle, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
