Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bluepeak Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Denver with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
