Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Cross Legal Group is a law firm in Atlanta serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving court deadlines. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
