Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Stone Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Jacksonville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 659 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
