Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quarry Transit Planning and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
