Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Basin Health and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
