Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Oak Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Raleigh, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer programmes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
