Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Lakeside Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Portland with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
