Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Cross Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads.
