Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Ember Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving candidate screening. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
