Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rowan Facilities Partners and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleaning schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
