Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Fox Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
