Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Philadelphia, PA)

Foxglove River Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
