Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Iron Pharma and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
