Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Amber Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
