Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cross Freight and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
