Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Bridge Freight Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
