Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

Rivermark Granite Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Orlando, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
